Terms of Service

Salunora provides software for salon professionals to manage clients, bookings, calendars, and AI-assisted guidance and education. The Service is a professional tool and does not replace your own professional judgment.

• You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

AI-assisted recommendations, formulas, and educational content are provided to support — not replace — a licensed professional’s expertise. You are solely responsible for evaluating client suitability, performing required tests (e.g. strand and sensitivity tests), and following manufacturer instructions and applicable safety regulations. Salunora’s safety guidance (including hard-stop warnings such as metallic dye or henna history) is a floor, not a guarantee of a safe outcome, and does not override your professional duty of care.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or others’ personal data without a lawful basis.

You retain ownership of the content you add (client records, formulas, notes, etc.). You grant Salunora the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having any consents required to store client information.

The Service integrates third-party providers (for example, Google for calendar, OpenAI for AI features, and our hosting and messaging vendors). Your use of connected third-party services may also be subject to their terms. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid features, if any, are billed through our payment provider on the terms presented at purchase. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the applicable period has begun.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salunora and [Company legal name] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from professional decisions made using the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
